This is a two dose requirement and all seniors should have received their first dose going into their 7th grade year. This will be the seniors 2nd dose. The Allen County Health Department will be doing an onsite clinic at Bluffton Schools on August 9, 2023 from 9:00-11:00. A letter and a form were mailed out in June to take to the onsite clinic which must be completed ahead of time by the parent.  You can take your child to your own physician, a Health Department or attend this clinic to get their vaccination. Proof of them receiving it needs to be dropped off in the HS office or emailed to [email protected] prior to school starting in August. If your child had their 2nd dose already last year and you turned in your proof of the immunization, you can ignore this information. The Allen County Health Dept will also be doing a School Spirit Week for Teen Immunizations on  7/31, 8/2 & 8/3 from 8:00-11:30 and 1:30-5:00 at the Allen County Health Dept located at 219 E Market St. in Lima.
